Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our high-quality DTF transfers.

What is a DTF transfer?

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. It is a process where designs are printed onto a special film, coated with an adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto garments. It provides high-quality, durable, and vibrant prints that work on almost any fabric.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We recommend uploading high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files to ensure your prints are sharp and professional.

How long do the transfers last on clothing?

Our DTF transfers are tested for durability and can last for over 50+ washes without cracking or fading, provided they are applied correctly and washed inside out in cold water.

What are your shipping and turnaround times?

Most orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected method, but we offer expedited options if you are on a tight deadline.

Can I use a household iron to apply the transfers?

For best results and long-term durability, we highly recommend using a commercial heat press. A household iron often cannot provide the consistent pressure and temperature required for a permanent bond.

What is your return policy for custom sheets?

Since custom DTF transfers are manufactured to your specific designs, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a printing error or a defect in the film, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
